ACP’s San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and Orange Country Chapters joined the California Resiliency Alliance and the Business Recovery Managers Association in studying how organizations support their employees during times of crisis. The group surveyed members of the participating organizations and produced a qualitative report capturing respondents’ perceptions and understanding of their organizations’ formal and informal policies and procedures.

Co-authored by California Resiliency Alliance Executive Director Monika Stoeffl (Past President, ACP SF Bay Area Chapter) and Fiona Raymond-Cox, the President of the Business Recovery Managers Association, the report provides insight on how both public and private organizations support their employees during periods of extreme circumstance.
