How do certifications, leadership expertise, discipline experience and real-world knowledge impact your earning potential? Is there a disparity in compensation by gender? BC Management, now Firestorm Program Analytics, has been collecting compensation data research for over 16 years to help organizations better understand fair, comparable compensations. The data not only assess compensations within the Business Continuity/ Resiliency profession, but it also assesses an overview of professional profiles. This information can be utilized to better differentiate your marketability in a very competitive job market.
