Greater Tampa Bay Chapter: Ashley York
Ashley York’s dedication to the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter and its members exceeds 200%. As Secretary, Ashley York was next in line to take over when our long-time President, Steve Elliot, unexpectedly passed away. Ashley could have easily said no, but instead, she jumped into the role and got a handle on the many details, deadlines, and activities that needed to be addressed.

Additionally, when 2 board members resigned due to job/family issues, Ashley coordinated those transitions and engaged members to run in the upcoming election. She has done an exceptional job leading our chapter through these challenging times without missing a beat. We are ALL so grateful for her dedication to our chapter’s success and all of the hard work she has put forth.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of efforts to address WFH burnout treat the symptoms without getting at the root causes. This presentation combines case studies, best practices, and groundbreaking research on WFH burnout and Zoom fatigue, to give you and your team the most critical skills and take-aways to needed to defeat these problems.

Learning Objectives
  • Learn about the most common causes of and solutions for WFH burnout and Zoom fatigue
  • Identify where your organization might be using office culture-informed norms to interact in virtual settings
  • Assess how you can use research-based techniques to improve your organization’s culture of virtual work
  • Develop a plan to implement effective techniques to address WFH burnout and Zoom fatigue in your organization
