Dear ACP Member,

We wanted to share with you that our team at Management HQ (MHQ) will be pretty lean on staff this week.  Between vacation time, and planned and unplanned leaves, they will have about 40% of their team out of the office.
The MHQ team members who will be holding down the fort next week will be working doubly hard to make sure they are serving us well.  We’re asking folks to be understanding.
Some things members / volunteers might experience:
  • Instead of our normal 24-hour response time to calls and emails, we are aiming for 48 hours, but it could be a bit longer.
  • We may have some delay with marketing communications items, in which case we will notify you as soon as we become aware of possible issues.
