ACP partners with educational institutions, non-profit and for-profit organizations committed to advancing the profession of business continuity, and to creating a nationwide business environment grounded in business resiliency.
Our partners have conducted significant national surveys and other studies, launched nationwide awareness campaigns, provided cutting-edge educational opportunities for existing professionals, and partnered with ACP to support recent graduates and veterans to the profession.
DRA – ACP’s most recent partnership is with the Delta Regional Authority (DRA). DRA was established by Congress in 2000 and works to improve regional economic opportunity by helping to create jobs, build communities, and improve the lives of the 10 million people who reside in the 252 counties and parishes of the eight-state Delta region. ACP focuses on the small to medium business initiative for resilience and business continuity, as part of the Committee for Resilient Communities.
DRI – In addition to being a platinum level ACP Sponsor, the Disaster Recovery Institute International is a partner on important ACP projects and initiatives. In late 2015 DRI assisted with the ACP Get Connected! membership drive with outreach to its more than 14 thousand certified professionals. ACP and DRI also collaborate on education and training for ACP membership through ACP webinars and providing information and opportunities for ACP member professionals seeking certification. ACP and DRI have additional collaborations in development.
Gartner, Inc. - Gartner is a global information technology research and advisory company partnering with ACP to explore the most pressing concerns and challenges of business continuity management professionals. In 2015 Gartner produced a comprehensive survey of business continuity professionals based on the premise of what industry issues “keep you up at night.” The survey is posted in the member section of the ACP website at no cost to members.
