Maximizing Strategic Resilience: Moving Beyond Continuity and Crisis

Our speaker, Keith Frederick, FBCI, CBCP, will underscore the pivotal importance of strategic resilience within an evolving global business landscape. He will introduce resilience indicators, a five-step process, and give shareable lessons learned, equipping business continuity professionals, leaders, and decision-makers with actionable insights into essential strategies. Your role in integrating sustainable resilience into various aspects of your organization is crucial, as opportunities arise from disruption, crisis, and change that can significantly enhance your organization's ability to survive and thrive.

In this role, he is instrumental in ensuring the continuity and resilience of West's operations worldwide, a critical aspect of the company's commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. With over twenty-five years of experience, he has adeptly led complex preparedness, continuity, and recovery initiatives across various regulated sectors, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, research, and U.S. government operations.
