ACP is a professional organization that provides a forum for the exchange of information and experiences for business continuity leaders. We serve the greater Boston area, including Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire. Meetings are currently held on a quarterly basis. The Greater Boston Chapter of the Association of Continuity Planners was created in November 2005. Our mission is to provide a forum for a network of Business Continuity professionals to foster, advance and master the practice of business continuity through education, information exchange and professional relationships.

President - Tracy Hall MBCP, CHPCP
Tracy is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Advisory Group and leads the Firm’s Business Continuity Planning Team. As one of the leading business continuity planning (BCP) experts in the country, she assists clients with BCP audits and assessments, business impact analyses, plan development and maintenance, training and awareness, disaster recovery tests, and simulation exercises. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in the field, and helps clients across multiple industries increase their resiliency and recover following disruptions or disasters. She’s also a popular speaker both regionally and nationally, and has authored articles on pertinent topics related to BCP.

Past President - Lori Adamo CBCP
Ms. Adamo is founder and president of Code Red Business Continuity Services, LLC beginning operations in 2003. Code Red’s clients range from large corporations to guiding many businesses in the country to become resilient and better prepared for a disaster.
Ms. Adamo is currently the President of the Greater Boston ACP Chapter and also serves on the National Board of Directors for ACP. Ms. Adamo served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Disaster Recovery Information Exchange (NEDRIX) as the Vice President and the Director of the Private/Public Sector Initiative for over seven years. She left to establish a Private Public Business Alliance in the City of Providence and the State of Rhode Island.
Ms. Adamo has been published in the Providence Business News, National Industry Periodicals, and the Disaster Resource Guide covering many business continuity and disaster planning disciplines. She has also presented on various topics for industry and public sector conferences. A notable presentation was speaking at FEMA’s first annual conference held in Washington DC, titled “Building Resiliency through Public Private Partnerships”.
Ms. Adamo is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) with DRII. She is certified in NIMS 100 and 300.

Secretary - Debbie Reddish CBCP
Debra Reddish is a senior business continuity and risk management consultant. Debra is owner of Readysmith Advisers, a business continuity consulting service. She has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of business continuity planning, information technology audit and consulting, and operational risk management assessment. Debra was formerly Vice President and Senior Consultant with Marsh Risk Consulting. Prior to Marsh, Debra was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her professional membership organizations include: Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) and the Association of Contingency Planners (ACP).

Treasurer - Elizabeth Borza CBCP.MBA
Ms. Elizabeth (Liz) Borza is an operational resiliency leader with over 15 years of experience gained in a variety of roles including developing and leading programs related to risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management. She is known for consistently driving the process of program design and implementation by applying risk domain expertise and regulatory knowledge.
Liz is currently employed as a Senior Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a Fortune 500 Company, and leads the Corporate Infrastructure & Security IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Liz served as the Director of Enterprise Business Continuity at Santander Holdings, USA and Assistant Vice President, Continuity Planning Manager at State Street Corporation. Her experience was gained primarily with financial institutions operating under strict regulatory environments requiring compliance from the OCC, FDIC, FINRA, and the FRB. This included designing and implementing remediation programs to satisfy bank regulatory requirements.
Liz is a Certified Business Continuity Professional, currently a Board Member and Program Director of the Association of Continuity Planners Greater Boston Chapter and was formerly a Board Member and Program Director of the Northeast Disaster Recovery Exchange.

Program Director Christine Curren
Christine Curren has over 20 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning and Resilience, Crisis Management Support and Emergency Planning in the financial and utility industries. She is currently a Business Resilience and Crisis Management Planner with National Grid in Massachusetts, with previous roles at CIT Group and Investors Bank and Trust. She has been responsible for the development and maintenance of various resilience programs such as Shelter-in-Place and Pandemic Planning. Christine has been a member of the Greater Boston Chapter of ACP since 2007 and was a past Membership Director and Secretary on the Chapter Board.

Membership Director , Daniel J. Poucher, CBCP
Daniel is the Business Continuity Services Practice Leader in Wolf’s Strategic Management Services group where he is responsible for leading and executing Business Continuity Planning consulting services for our clients across all industry niches. Additionally, Daniel executes Business Continuity Management development audit, testing/exercise services for our wide array of financial institution clients. Daniel joined the firm full-time in 2019. Daniel’s experience consists of the development and consultation throughout all aspects of the Business Continuity Planning process. Daniel has helped our clients develop robust business impact analyses, risk assessments, business continuity plans, tabletop exercises, and awareness and training sessions. Additionally, Daniel has worked as a subject matter expert to our clients that are utilizing our WolfPAC Business Continuity Solution. Daniel also conducts work assisting our clients with their FFIEC Business Continuity Management audit reviews.
