As large scale global organizations are required to adapt to different geographical challenges, risks, and threats, it is imperative to have an effective framework to ensure resilience for personnel, property, and data. In order to achieve resilience it is imperative that large scale organizations adapt their structure, properly create and deploy adequate resources, and empower a global level of leadership transparency to enable prevention, proactive detection, rapid response, and definitive recovery. The presentation will highlight lessons learned from global incident management responses, crisis management team deployments, and the most recent global pandemic that has changed the necessity for how business continuity can/should be the core of business resilience efforts for the future.
