Refresh & review your approach to server and data disaster readiness and recovery, including concepts of Business Impact Analysis, RTO, RPO, cloud-to-cloud backups, shared responsibility models for cloud services, and accountability.  Al will present his perspective and challenge us to consider refreshing our processes.

Speaker:  Al Harris is Co-founder of Technical Framework, LLC, a Northern Colorado-based Information Technology service provider since 2010, where he serves as a Technical Advisor. Al's academic background includes a B.S. in Business Management from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. His professional background includes work as an IT technician, system administrator, consultant, and technology strategist.
