Patrick Dunn is a seasoned leadership advisor, international speaker, and founder of Paxaterra Global, with over 30 years of experience in resiliency work across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His career has taken him from technology leadership and disaster response to purpose-driven community building, all rooted in one core belief: that real leadership begins with inner alignment.
Patrick is the creator of Lead with Soul, a keynote and workshop series that is gaining national and international recognition for its powerful impact on purpose-driven professionals. These experiences offer a meaningful pause for mid- and senior-level leaders—especially in technical and business roles—to reconnect with what fuels them, realign with their values, and restore a more sustainable rhythm of leadership.
As founder of Paxaterra Journeys, Patrick also curates transformational travel experiences that blend culture, leadership, and legacy in destinations like Uganda, Belgium, and the U.S. He is deeply committed to environmental and peace-building causes, and serves in multiple leadership roles with Rotary International, including Peace Chair for Rotary District 5190 and Community Services Chair of the Rotary Club of Reno.
