The Fourth Industrial Revolution—Industry 4.0—is redefining how products are designed, built, and improved. Once limited to the largest manufacturers, capabilities such as digital twins, AI-driven analytics, and smart factories are now within reach of organizations of all sizes. The convergence of advanced modeling, automation, and affordable computing power enables enterprises to simulate, test, and optimize countless product and process options before a single part is made.

This session explores how AI and digital twins accelerate product innovation, reduce time-to-market, and drive unprecedented levels of customization. We’ll also address the risks and challenges that come with this transformation—from cybersecurity and data trust to strategic readiness. As digital product and factory maturity expand, companies that fail to adapt risk falling behind in a rapidly compressing innovation cycle.
