If have found the more you can engage the vendor during the scoping part of the BCM program implementation the better. How best can the deleiver a solution that meets your oragnization's needs? What's the model in terms of tech support or general help when needed, post implmentation? Are a few questions that come to mind.
Lastly, I'm also a huge fan of robust and engage training materials for the eventual "end-user". You need good user-freindly train-the-trainer documentation to be handed out during BCM Software Implemention!
