Disaster Recovery Service

We contract with a disaster recovery service that provides temporary structures, network, generators, fuel, computers, etc. in the event of a disaster impacting the organization. My question, for anyone with a similar contingency, is whether or not you have considered scaling down the hardware portion of these services with hybrid/work at home capabilities. With all employees on laptops and most with duplicate office set ups at home, it seems like having dozens of computers stations on standby is excessive.

    Thank you.
