1. Make sure you are logged in (the Forum will make you login before you can see or post messages).

2. Use the green sidebar menu to choose Discussion Forum

3. Choose National Forum to see posts that have been made recently

4. Click subscribe to receive email messages when new postings arrive (Note: default delivery frequency is one digest per day)

5. For more or less frequent posts, use the icon in the upper right corner of the webpage to choose the "view profile" option; then choose "edit profile" then choose "Email Subscriptions" and from there you can adjust your forum subscription to receive notices immediately when posts are sent, to receive one message per day (default), or to receive one message per week. 

6. Once you have edited your profile please save and then you will be subscribed the forum - happy posting!
