Long-time member, but first time poster. I am looking for any case studies of private organizations that have increased their Business Continuity/Emergency Management/Resilience staff and why.

If you are willing to share, it would be really helpful to learn:

• What kind of industry you are in
• Size of your whole organization
• How big your team was before the expansion and how big it is now
• Why the team was expanded
• Your organization's name (OPTIONAL: I understand if you can't share)

We want to use this information for background/benchmarking.
