As resilience professionals, we dedicate our careers to protecting people, preserving operations, and guiding organizations through their most challenging moments. Yet in the midst of helping others, it’s easy to lose sight of our own direction and fulfillment.
Drawing from his #1 Amazon book, Discover How to Live a Purpose-Built Life (available at Amazon), Frank Perlmutter introduces a practical framework for achieving both professional success and personal satisfaction in the resilience field and your personal life. Through his straightforward Role-Identity (R-I) Process, you'll learn how to evaluate your roles, align your time with your values, and chart a future with greater clarity and meaning.
In this session, you’ll discover how to:
· Use the R-I Process to document and evaluate your current roles and future goals
· Rediscover and reconnect with the deeper mission behind resilience work
· Avoid burnout by setting realistic, clear finish lines
· Improve satisfaction and performance across your professional and personal life
Whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned resilience leader, this session will equip you with actionable insights to build a more purposeful and successful career in resilience.
